Lufburrow's family developed South Harbor, the residential community directly across Green Island Road from the entrance to the proposed development. The Lufburrow entity of this proposed development will be the 36 Independent Living Villas (16 Family Detached; 20 Family Attached) located closest to Green Island Road.
Lufburrow Realty and the Sprenger Health Group’s informational meeting, including a question and answer period, for the proposed Independent/Assisted Living Development on Green Island Road.
